What is public. Your credential’s page and files can be opened by anyone with the link or the QR code. That is how others verify it.

What you can do yourself, on your credential’s page:

• add or remove your photo
• opt out of the employer search, if the issuer uses it
• restrict the page, if the issuer’s plan allows it (the files stay reachable)
• download the file and the Open Badges file, and save the wallet pass

Corrections, renewals and withdrawal. Ask the issuer. If the issuer no longer uses Momenial, ask us at [email protected].

If the issuer stops using Momenial. Your credential stays available. Your contact details are blanked 90 days after the issuer deletes its account.

How we contact you. Only to deliver your credential, to remind you before it expires, and when the issuer sends a broadcast.
