Designing the certificate
- 48 ready-made designs, or upload your own artwork and place the fields yourself.
- Placeholders for recipient name, course, date, score, or any custom field you define.
- Signatures drawn in the app and reused across a whole project.
- Branding — your logo, typeface and colour, applied to the certificate, its web page and the delivery email.
- Greeting cards, too — animated card designs with a personal message, sent and tracked exactly like certificates.
Collecting recipients
- By hand, one at a time, straight from the app.
- CSV import that maps your columns for you, including Indonesian headers like nama, surel, hp and wa — and duplicate rows are skipped, not certified twice.
- A self-service form people fill in themselves, optionally gated by a timer and a PIN so only those who were actually present can claim — with an optional approval step, so sign-ups wait for your OK before anything is issued.
- Zapier, for issuing straight from the tool you already run your programme in — and a REST API on the Enterprise plan.
Project types
- One-off — a single batch, everyone certified at once.
- Recurring — the same design across many batches, one per cohort or per month.
- Dry run — hold the batch and send one test certificate to yourself before anyone else sees it.
What the recipient gets
- A public verification page, openable by anyone from a link or QR code, with no account.
- Short, memorable links on cert.fyi, cert.study and cert.work — or a custom subdomain, or your own domain entirely.
- Wallet passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, plus downloads as a web image or a print-quality PDF — passes and PDF from the Standard plan.
- Attachments — rich text, images and documents attached to the credential itself.
- Their own photo, added by the recipient, and pages that read in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Português and 简体中文.
After the send
- A promotional banner on every certificate page, editable once and applied everywhere.
- Groups and email broadcasts, to reach a past cohort when the next one opens.
- Resend and reissue, with per-recipient delivery status, for the inevitable lost link or misspelt name.
- A central record of every recipient, batch and project.
- Export everything — download a whole batch's certificates as a single zip.
