Questions people ask first
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan gives you 25 certificates a month with no card and no trial clock ticking. You pay only when you need more than that, or a feature the free plan does not include.
What happens to my recipients' certificates if I stop paying?
They keep working. Every certificate page stays live and stays verifiable. The only thing that changes is the address: if you were using a custom subdomain, those links redirect to cert.fyi — acme.cert.fyi/ABC12 becomes cert.fyi/ABC12 — because every certificate code is globally unique. Nobody you have ever certified is left holding a dead link.
Can someone verify a certificate without an account?
Yes, and that is rather the point. Every certificate has a public page anyone can open from the link or the QR code — no account, no app, no login. Try it on cert.fyi/DEMO.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Standard gives you a custom subdomain; Professional and above let you point your own domain at your certificates, so the link your recipients share is yours end to end.
Does it work in Bahasa Indonesia?
Fully. The app, this site and the certificate pages are all available in Bahasa Indonesia, and certificate pages also read in English, Português and 简体中文. Spreadsheet imports recognise Indonesian column headers like nama, surel, hp and wa.
Can I import recipients from a spreadsheet?
