A page that proves it
Every credential has a public page with its own QR code. Status, dates and history are on it, and nobody needs an account to open it.
A file to keep
A print-quality PDF for a certificate, a card-sized file for a card. Both carry the same QR code as the page.
A pass in the phone
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, from Standard. The pass shows the status, the expiry date and the holder's own photo if they add one, and is updated when the record changes.

The card your holders carry
Ready-made certification card designs with a photo of the holder that you supply, the qualifications and the certificate number, or your own artwork. The card, its page and its wallet pass say “Certification card” and “Certificate No.”
Issue the card on its own, or as a second project beside your A4 certificate.
One link for the whole life of the credential
Expiry and renewal
Set the term once per project. The page and the pass show “valid until”, then “expired” when the date passes, and holders get a reminder 30 days before. A renewal starts a new term on the same link and the same QR code.
Revocation in a minute
Revoke with a reason and the page shows it, and the wallet pass is marked void. Reinstating is one tap. Both are free.
Versions you can show
Corrections and added qualifications become new versions. The page lists them with dates, and a printed QR code still opens the version it was printed from, marked as superseded.

Search by name and email, on your site
Employers enter a first name, last name and email and get the current record: holder, qualifications, number, dates and status. The email is never shown, and holders can opt out. Embed it on your own domain or link to it. Included in Enterprise.
For most checks the QR code on the certificate is enough: it opens the public page with the status.

An authorization card with a photo of the holder that you supply, the authorization and its number, for operators, site access and authorized installers.
Revoke it the day someone leaves, and the page shows it.

Bring the records you already have
We import past certificates with their original numbers, dates and status, so a 2024 certificate still says 2024. Imported records do not use credits.
Delivery is held until you say so, so holders hear from you once, in your words, when you are ready.
Issue from your own systems through the REST API and webhooks, or from a spreadsheet, a sign-up form or Zapier.
What you keep, whatever happens
- Every version's files and data are fixed at issue and never overwritten.
- Pages on cert.fyi and on your subdomain stay up and verifiable if the plan ends. Your own domain goes offline until it is reconnected.
- Export every record as CSV or JSON, and every credential as Open Badges 3.0.
- Deleting a project, a batch or the account never deletes a credential. Only a withdrawal, which you choose, erases one.

Questions people ask first
How does someone verify a certificate?
Scan the QR code or open the link. The page shows the holder, the qualifications, the number, the dates and the current status, with no account and no app. On Enterprise, employers can also search by name and email.
What counts as one credential?
One issuance: the page, the PDF and the wallet pass together. Several qualifications on one certificate count once. The first correction in a term and adding a qualification are free; a further correction, a new design, a later end date or a renewal uses one credit; revoking is free.
How long do records stay verifiable?
As long as the page is up, and pages on cert.fyi and your subdomain stay up after a plan ends. If you want a retention period in writing, put it in the agreement and we sign it.
Can a holder hide their certificate?
They can opt out of the employer search, and on Professional and above they can restrict their page so visitors ask them for access. The files stay reachable, so a restricted page is not a private one.
Is this an official license?
No. Momenial issues your organization's credential and makes it verifiable. Statutory licenses and registrations stay with the authority that issues them.
